You probably have some questions about visiting us - so we wrote these to answer everything you might want to know
Bookings for 2 pax can be amended or cancelled anytime. For reservations for 3 or more guests we require card details to secure the booking. We have a 24 hours cancellation policy, in case of no show or late cancellation we charge the card with 10 pounds per head.
For large group bookings and chefs table we have a 48 hours cancellation policy, in case of a no show or late cancellation the deposit paid in advance is not refundable.
On busy occasions – especially on Fridays and Saturdays – we like to take two sittings in our restaurants. To make sure we can fill up twice most of the nights we don’t take reservations between 7 and 8:15pm. In other cases, it might be that the certain time slot is booked up, we’re trying to take max 6 covers at a time not to crash the service. As bookings might be amended or cancelled closer to the time it’s always worth to call or write us to see if there’s any availability for your chosen time.
We do like to take larger parties. For large groups (12 or more covers) we require card details or a deposit for private hire which is also the minimum spend. There is a 48 hours cancellation policy, in case of a no show or late cancellation you would lose the deposit. Please note that we also require pre-order. As we keep our menu seasonal it changes from time to time so we can email you the current one with a pre-order form 1 or 2 weeks before your arrival. Please also note that your group might be seated in two or more larger tables.

Our chef’s table is a unique 10 courses experience. It is available every day from only 7pm but that also means you can stay with us until the lights go out. It’s situated by our open kitchen with pass seats where there can be only 2 x 2 guests booked in (we cannot do 3 or 4 covers together due the seating arrangement). The chefs would create an approximately 10 courses personalised menu for which we would need any dietary requirements. It costs £65 per person and we require a deposit of £20 per head. We also have a 48 hours cancellation policy, in case of a no show or late cancellation you would lose your deposit.
We created our menu to be able to cater everyone with different dietary needs, we have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and diary free options. If you have any severe allergies please contact us to see if we could accommodate you.
Flowers, balloons, etc are allowed in our restaurant but glitter, confetti and any other types of small decoration aren’t. Please note that if you still would use these we would have to charge you a cleaning fee. If you would bring your own cake we would charge a cakeage of £3 per head. We encourage our customers to try our desserts. Same with wine and other alcoholic beverages, in case if you would bring your own wine we would charge a corkage of £10 for still and £15 for sparkling wine.
The Fix is a small walk-in bar that doesn’t take reservations. It’s open from 4pm everyday (apart from Saturday when from 1pm), the earlier you get there the better chance you get seated. No we don’t have kids menu. (However if we are informed in advance that children will visit us we can prepare something from our menu for them)
Dogs are allowed until 6pm.
We do have gift cards and you can give the value of it. You can pop into our restaurant to purchase or you can give us a call and we can send the voucher to you via post.
