PLATF9RM dines with The Set
The Set are bringing their trail blazing, fine dining experience to PLATF9RM. The menu will be completely unknown to the ticket holder, right up until the very point you walk into our penthouse space with beautiful views spanning all of Brighton.
Their chefs will be delivering between 8-15 scintillating courses, using local seasonal produce as well as a small drinks menu alongside.
