WELCOME TO THE SET

We’re the smallest restaurant in Brighton, with just 12 seats. Ten at our kitchen counter and two in the window.

The Set is an intimate, relaxed space built around good food and being part of the experience. Low lighting, an open kitchen, and a close-up seat to everything happening in the kitchen.

We don’t advertise a menu. We cook the best food we can each day, led by produce, seasonality, and what feels right.

Across the week, we run a few different offerings — from our full Set Menu and M.A.D (Midweek Affordable Dinner), to Masu’s Japanese BBQ, sushi omakase and relaxed Sunday lunches.

Everything has been built to feel laidback but thoughtful. A space to settle in, switch off, and enjoy.
