A shorter menu built with the same produce, care and attention as our full Set Menu, but at a more accessible price point.
It's where we try new dishes, experiment with different ingredients and explore ideas before they make their way onto the main menu. No two Wednesdays are quite the same.
Expect 6–8 courses, changing regularly with the seasons and whatever has caught our attention that week.
