THE SET MENU

Served to just 12 guests at a time, you'll sit around the kitchen and experience every part of the process as it happens. The menu changes regularly and is driven by seasonality, produce and what we're excited to cook.

There is no printed menu on the night. We prefer to cook without limitations and serve the best ingredients available to us.

Alongside the menu, we offer a blind drinks pairing featuring seven drinks selected to complement the dishes throughout the evening (£75). A full drinks list is also available, including wine, cocktails, sake, beer and non-alcoholic options.
